60% Chardonnay, 40% Chenin Blanc, Cuvee Elisa is a tribute to Elisa Amiot, founder of Veuve Amiot in 1884. She was a young widow who took control of her destiny and created a well-known negoce house of elegant sparkling wines. Elisa Crémant de Loire reflects her personality: strong in character, ambitious and dynamic, with its fine and persistent bubbles and its fruity flavors. Pleasant nose with complex aromas of white fruits, almond and toasted notes. On the palate, it has a long taste, with mineral, pear and apple notes

Garnacha, Macabeo grapes, Methode Traditionnelle aged 18 months on the lees. Invigorating and sophisticated, with bold acidity, rich mouthfeel and flavors of strawberry, pomegranate, dried Mediterranean herbs, and toasted almond.

40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier, This clear and elegant champagne is the symbol of Collet's demand for excellence. Light cherry and cranberry accented by leather, dried herb and earthy notes with high tone and fine tannin.

Blend of Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon & Syrah. The wine displays sweet cherry, red plum, flowers, leather, and a hint of dusty earth. The French varietals add plushness to the palate that nicely rounds out the Sangiovese.

90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Zinfandel, Full bodied with flavors of Bing cherry, mocha, and spice, rounded tannins, and complexity.

Vibrant on the palate, the crisp acidity acts as a counterpoint to the peach, almond, and light floral notes in the wine. White flowers and mild spices along w/freshness & complexity.
